Hathrise provides a business diagnostic that analyzes your answers across the areas that drive growth and produces a personalized Growth Snapshot highlighting your strengths and biggest opportunities.

Your Growth Snapshot is provided for general informational purposes as business guidance. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific circumstances. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on it, and results will vary by business.

You agree to provide accurate information when completing the assessment, and to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or misuse it.

When you submit your details, you agree that we may contact you about your submitted results and, if you request it, to arrange a complimentary strategy session. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The assessment, its questions, its analysis, and the Snapshot format are owned by Hathrise. You may use the Growth Snapshot you receive for your own business purposes.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of it, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hathrise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the assessment or reliance on the Growth Snapshot.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date shown above.
